The software is developed with different levels of rights management. In your organization you can define roles and accesses by person or by group, it's up to you to determine! You can have some corporate limitation and confidentiality on activities or features and specific add-ons for dedicated services (e.g.: visitors manager at the reception, event manager for the dedicated service...).

iDentials is a web based software, SaaS, hosted in high secured environment (ISO 27001 certified) with a high availability guaranteed. We store all iDentials data on a RAID-enabled Storage Area Network (SAN), which offers scalability and protection against drive failure. We also back up iDentials data on a consistent schedule. Put simply, we operate in a highly available and redundant environment.
