Information notice on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”) and the amended Luxembourg Law of 30 May 2005 on electronic communications, we inform you that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
The Department of Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy (SMC) is the data controller. The main data processor is MyConnectivity. The registration form is accessible via the registration link provided by INCERT GIE and hosted by LuxConnect.
Your personal data (first name, last name, company name, and email address) is collected voluntarily through the registration form and processed solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the event: “Information Day on the Call for Candidates for Luxembourg’s Next Generation PPDR Network.”
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data according to the present notice. Once you complete the form and click the "Submit" button, it is transmitted directly to MyConnectivity. As the data controller, SMC will have access to the data. INCERT GIE will only access the data if technical support is required.
All personal data is stored in Luxembourg, and no international data transfers will take place. Your data will be retained from the time of submission until 12 weeks after the event, to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to its use (where applicable). Photographic and Video Documentation
Please note that during the “Information Day on the Call for Candidates for Luxembourg’s Next Generation PPDR Network” event, photographic and/or video documentation may be carried out. This may include images or recordings of the event premises, activities, and attendees. These materials may be used by the SMC for communication and promotional purposes, including publication on websites, social media, and other media channels.
By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to the potential use of your image or likeness in such materials. If you have any concerns or wish to opt out, please contact us in advance at communication@smc.etat.lu.
